Welcome to our challenge!

I'm proud of my family for accepting the challenge to get healthier this year.  Just so everyone is on the same page with this, make sure that you have set some good goals for exercise and healthy eating, as well as any other things you may want to work on.  Keep track of your weekly progress.  If you meet your weekly goals for a whole month, you are invited to a "you've reached your goals" party.  Our first party is scheduled for the evening of Feb. 2.  I am looking forward to seeing everyone there.  Craig thinks he may be attending this party by himself...okay, well, that sounds like a challenge to me, right? Let's see who's up for it.     Lettie

  1. I'm definitely in, however, looking at the picture above I would say we are all pretty darn cute already!!! Travis might need to work on rounding himself out a little and Mick needs to work on being present in the moment! I can just hear Trav right now, "Clever Mom!"

    2. In regards to the family picture, I agree, we are cute. However, along with Trav and Mike making some minor adjustments, lets encourage Thomas to pursue better fashion choices.

  3. My goals are to exercise 3-5 times a week, make better food choices, read all materials for my D&C class, Sunday School, and Relief Society.
So far I am ahead in my reading/studying,I have exercised everyday except Sunday and I have have made better choices in my eating. Yes, I am hungry! But I don't want Craig to have to attend the activity all by himself.
